Lick Ice Cream is proud to be the producer and supplier of ice cream used to make Brisbane’s iconic Ekka Strawberry Sundaes. Every year, their dedicated team works hard to ensure that stands at the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association (RNA’s) Ekka and The Common Good, Prince Charles Hospital Foundation is supplied with freshly-made, full cream, locally-produced ice cream. All proceeds from sales of the Ekka Strawberry Sundae go towards funding medical research for The Prince Charles Hospital. Beginning as a small kitchen in 2004, Lick has since become recognized for its exciting range of premium quality ice cream products.
