We contacted 5 air conditioning companies as genuine buyers wanting ducted air/heating. Three responded. Two attended our home. Only one provided a quote and did exactly what they said they would do – Robertson Air Conditioning. All our contact with Robertson Air Conditioning was smooth. From the initial visit by Doug who made some excellent recommendations, the quick turnaround to provide a quote, the booked date which did not change, and reminder emails. follow-up calls and finally the installers who did the job (accompanied by Doug) and the electrical contractor arranged by Robertson Air Conditioning. To top it off the admin staff submitted our cashback claim. It’s the little things that make a difference and we can’t fault any of it. Staff are always responsive and works carried out in a professional manner. Beng a beach front house regular maintenance is required and follow up is great when needed.
