He also explained the difference in quality offered by the competitors and when I got a quote from two other suppliers, Stephens’ proved to be the best quality by far and a comparable price. Stephen also cleaned out my gutters before fitting the guards and he removed all the debris caught in the downpipes, he also fixed a couple of loose tiles and other little things that he found on my roof. They were also very considerate of our son who was sitting an exam online at the time, keeping noise above his room to a minimum. We particularly appreciated the regular checks by Steve the Quality Control Manager and advice such as covering garage items, cars and water tank inflow prior to the pressure clean.
